As a licensed architect, general contractor, and real estate agent in Wisconsin, Dustin brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to Blue Harmony Homes. His impeccable attention to detail and cheery, collaborative demeanor make him a perfect partner in home building and remodeling. He prioritizes communication and collaboration, which play a big role in ensuring that, from start to finish, every project goes as smoothly as possible.
Design is incredibly important to Dustin - even his home garden is thoughtfully laid out in a grid! He is a firm believer that every space in your home should be one you want to spend time in. Each room should work for you and your family’s needs - big or small. His attention to detail and unique background allow him to identify opportunities that others might not.
Whether you’re looking for help remodeling or selling your current house, searching to buy your dream one – or buying land for your custom-designed home – Dustin will ensure the team at Blue Harmony is with you every step of the way.
Dustin lives in a house he designed in West Bend, Wisconsin with his wife, two children and two Goldendoodles.

GREG
PROJECT MANAGER
With a passion for bringing homeowner’s dream house alive and a meticulous eye for detail, Greg is an experienced project manager. He loves being part of a team that work with a talented group of contractors all striving to deliver exceptional spaces/homes.
Greg has a full house with his wife, three daughters, two dogs, Lilo and Georgia, and three cats, Mocha, Winnie and Pip. In his free time, Greg enjoys cycling, watching his kids play sports and collecting old levels.
JAMIE
With a lifetime of learning from his father and lots of hands-on experience, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every project he manages.
Jamie lives with his wife and two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially building lego sets - they have amassed a pretty diverse collection of sets!
PROJECT MANAGER
TIM
ASSISTANT TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM
Tim is dedicated to supporting the project management team in whatever capacity they need, a lot of the time you can find Tim demoing a space. He finds passion in providing an exceptional product with exceptional results.
Tim and his wife have three kids, a Husky named Kai, a Beagle named Bentley, a Maltese named Baxter and two ferrets named Bonzo and Tinsey. After having Blue Harmony Homes build his current home and add on a mother-in-law suite, Nana lives with them too! Tim collects coins, indian motorcycles and enjoys working out in his free time.
PAM
Pam collaborates with people to bring their design or vision for the space to life. She studied at the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Environment, Textile and Design.
She and her husband have six children and an Australian Labradoodle named Bennie - named after the song “Bennie and the Jets” by Elton John. They hope to one day add a sibling named “Jet” to their family. In her free time, Pam likes to take long walks, play tennis, garden, cook and entertain her friends and family.
SELECTIONS COORDINATOR
MONICA
Monica is our cabinet and closet expert! She uses her years of remodeling experience and her design and drawing skills to help homeowners visualize their future space. Like Blue Harmony Homes, she is passionate about making the remodeling process for homeowners as smooth and stress-free as possible.
In her free time, you can find Monica biking, drawing, hiking or spending time with her two grandchildren.
CABINET & CLOSET DESIGN SPECIALIST
JENNIFER
Jennifer works behind the scenes making sure everything at Blue Harmony Homes runs smoothly. She is in charge of the day-to-day operations. Her stellar organizational and analytical skills make her a valuable member of the Blue Harmony Home team.
When she’s not working, Jennifer spends a lot of her time carting her two very active children to and from their various sports practices and games.
BUSINESS MANAGER
MOLLY
Molly became a beloved part of the Blue Harmony Homes team in March 2022. When she isn’t napping, she loves to play fetch, take walks and always enjoys a good ear rub. She has perfected the art of the spin (but only in one direction).
